Solution
If you saw your Free Preview button disappear from any of your course landing pages, it may be related to updating the Site Builder theme for your Thinkific site.
For these updated themes (Vogue/Vision 1.18.2 and higher, or Empire 1.18.3 and higher), if the default buttons are hidden, even if a custom button block is added to the banner, the Free Preview button will not be displayed. Simply uncheck Hide default buttons (product pages only) to re-enable your Free Preview button.
Free Preview Button Information for Different Site Builder Themes
For theme versions before Vogue/Vision 1.18.2 and higher, or Empire 1.18.3 and higher, the Free Preview button will automatically appear on any course landing pages when:
- The course is published and priced as a paid (not Free) course
- and the Course Banner has the default buttons enabled
- or the Course Banner has at least one custom button block added

Important Considerations
- You can edit the text on your Free Preview button in your Site Settings.
- If you don't see a default Free Preview button appear in your course banner when you create a Free Preview and publish your paid course, make sure to update your theme to version 1.17.1 or higher.
