- Can students sign up more than once using the same email address?

While it is not possible for students to sign up for multiple accounts using the same email address, you may encounter situations where a student has created more than one account using different email addresses.
In this case, you can ask the student which account they would prefer to keep, and remove the other account. Student accounts can not be merged. Once your student has decided which account they would like to keep, you can then manually enroll the correct student user account into any outstanding courses following the process outlined here: Manually Enroll Students into a Product
