Subscriptions and Payment Plans
Subscriptions and payment plans are not automatically cancelled when a student is unenrolled and must be manually cancelled in Stripe.
When you unenroll a student that has a subscription or payment plan tied to their enrollment, there will be a reminder prompt to cancel the student's subscription in Stripe:
If the subscription has already been cancelled in Stripe manually or due to nonpayment, this is not tied to our integration, so you will still see this reminder prompt, but can safely ignore it!

Processing Refunds
Unenrolling a user does not automatically refund any payments made for the course. Refunds need to be made from your Stripe, PayPal or, Thinkific dashboard. Here’s how to do that for:
Stripe refunds all fees if you created your Stripe account before September 14, 2017 and does not refund transaction fees for new accounts. PayPal refunds all but the 30-cent fee. If you are on a Thinkific legacy plan that includes transactions fees, these fees will not be refunded when you process a refund.
Once you have processed the refund, be sure to also follow the instructions above to remove the student from the course if you have not already!
