The Course Manager gives you a direct view of everyone enrolled in a specific course and the ability to take actions - individually or in bulk - without leaving the course.

How the Course Manager Works
The Course Manager is the first thing you see when you open a course in Course Builder - clicking on course from the Admin Dashboard will now show two new tabs - Overview and Learners.
Overview gives you an instant read on how that course is performing. At a glance, you can see the number of active learners currently enrolled in the course, their overall completion rate, and the average progress across all enrolled learners. Below these metrics, the course details section surfaces key information about the course - including the course builder version it's made with, any communities it's associated with, drip schedule status, and instructor - so everything you need to assess the health of a course is in one place.
This section will also alert you of any learners who are enrolled in the course but never started, giving you a head's up to send them a nudge or fix any content in your course.
You will also see the Learners tab next to the Overview. This displays a table of all learners currently enrolled in the course, with columns for learner name/email, start date, progress percentage, expiry date, and days since last activity. Individual learner actions are available through a context menu on each row. To take action on a learner, select them individually or check multiple learners to act in bulk - available actions include sending an email and unenrolling therm from the course.
In addition to these new tabs, you will still see tabs that allow you to configure other aspects of your course, such as pricing and the product page.
Getting Started with the Course Manager Dashboard
By default, you will always initially land on the Overview tab when going into a course. To access the Course Manager dashboard for a course:
- From the Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on your desired course
From here, you can view details about your course, including how many learners are enrolled, their progress, and other course settings and configurations.
To edit your course, simply click Edit content in the top-right corner of the Course Manager to be taken to the course curriculum.
You can also manage various settings for your course from the other tabs within the Course Manager:
- Settings: Find your course landing page URL, set an instructor, or make the course hidden, or private.
- Drip schedule: Enable and configure the drip schedule feature for your course. Learn more about creating drip schedules: Drip Schedule

How to Manage Users From the Learners Tab
While in the Course Manager dashboard, click the Learners tab at the top of the page to be taken to a list of all learners who are currently enrolled in your course. Each learner will have an ellipsis (three dots) button next to them, where you can do the following:
- Send email: Send them an email to the email address they have on their profile.
- Unenroll: Unenroll them from the course.
These actions can be done in bulk to manage multiple learners at once. To do this, simply select your desired learners using the checkboxes on the left side of the table, then select one of the desired actions above.
Important Considerations
- The Learners tab is only available for courses and, at this time, is not available for other product types (bundles, memberships, digital downloads, coaching & webinar).
- Unenrolling a learner removes their access to the course. This action cannot be undone from this view - you would need to re-enroll them manually. Learn how to do this here: Manually Enroll Students into a Product

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Learners tab available on all my products?
The Learners tab is only available for courses and, at this time, is not available for other product types (bundles, memberships, digital downloads, coaching & webinar).
Can I enroll new learners from the Learners tab?
At this time, new learners cannot be enrolled under the Learners tab - you can only unenroll learners who are already enrolled in the course. To manually enroll new learners into the course, or to re-enroll learners who have been unenrolled, this can be done from the Users list.
