Solution
If a data ownership site, such as Mine, has let you know that Thinkific has a student account registered under your name and/or email address, you will need to contact the Site Owner of that Thinkific site in order to have your data and student account erased. Thinkific does not delete student data on behalf of Site Owners.
If you remember the URL for the Thinkific website you signed up to, you can visit this website to find contact information for the Site Owner, and email them directly to request that your student account is erased.
Otherwise, please reach out to our Support Team and we'll be able to help put you in touch with the owner of the site where your student account is registered.
Important Considerations
If you are a Site Owner who has received this request from your student, you can delete the student from your Users page using these instructions: How to Delete a User
This action is permanent and irreversible. It will delete all of their student data.
