Solution
As the Site Owner or Site Admin, you can access and edit user profiles on your Thinkific site.
To edit a user profile:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Users
- Select All Users
- Locate the user you'd like to edit
- Click on the three dots button on the right-hand side of the table
- Select Edit
- Make any desired edits to the user profile and click Save
Important Considerations
- Only the Site Owner is able to edit the Site Owner profile information.
- Course Admins are not able to edit user profiles from their Admin Dashboard.
- Student users can edit their own profiles from the Student Dashboard.
