Solution
Students can view their course expiry date by:
- Signing in to their account on your Thinkific site.
- Navigating to My Account from the Student Dashboard
- Selecting Order History from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Clicking on the Order under Order # to view Order details
- After clicking on an Order to view, the student will be able to see all Order Details including the Expiration Date for the course.
Thinkific App Store
On the Thinkific App Store, we also have the great Expiring Courses Saver app that lets students know about their upcoming expiry dates from right within their Student Dashboard!
Important Considerations
- Students will not see a course expiry date in their Order History if they were manually enrolled in a course or bundle.
- Course expiry date updates made by admins will not be reflected in a student's Order History table in their Student Dashboard.
