Solution
When adding an On-Lesson Discussion, student users (and Admins) can upload images and files alongside text.
Images must be less than 10MB and can be added using the Insert Image button. Other file types must be less than 30MB and can be added using the Upload File button.
Note: We recently released a security update for the text editor. The Upload File button is now restricted to document and media files.
To add higher quality images - larger than 10MB - upload the image file using the Upload File button (right-most icon below):
