- Where can a student find their certificate?
- A student didn't receive their certificate at the end of the course. How can they download it now?
Solution
Your student will need to navigate to the following page on your site:
- Sign in
- Click your name on the top right
- In the dropdown menu, click My Account
- Click Certificates
- Click View
On this screen, you can view the certificate, copy the link so that they can Share their Thinkific Certificate, or download the certificate as a PDF.
Important Considerations
- Both Accredible Certificates and Thinkific Certificates are accessible in the Student Menu.
