Solution
Currently, students will not receive an automated email notification when a pre-order product they have purchased has been published.
If you would like to notify your students that their pre-ordered course or community is now available, you can use an external email platform to let them know. We recommend setting up one of our Email Marketing Integrations to send your students as a way to keep your students updated on your upcoming content!
Alternatively, on some plans you can also send your students a Mass User Email directly from your Users list.
