If you have created a Downloads Lesson, students will be able to download course files to their local computer or mobile device.
If your student reports that they cannot download to their iPhone or iPad, this is a known issue with iOS 12 and under. These devices do not have a Downloads folder, so there is no destination for the file in the local device.
If your student is experiencing this issue, we recommend asking them to upgrade to iOS13 as Apple resolved this issue.

Important Considerations
Downloads can also be turned on for Audio Lessons and Video Lessons, however when using this lesson type, iOS uses it's own Multimedia Player which replaces the download option with an Airplay icon.
Unfortunately we cannot override this Apple feature, so we recommend always including your downloadable content in a Downloads Lesson specifically. This way your students can download it regardless of what device they are using.
