Although we don't currently have the option to disable displaying if a quiz answer is correct or incorrect, we have a passing grade feature that can hide quiz explanations! This can also be used in combination with our Randomized Question Bank feature.
Default Quiz Behavior
By default, Quizzes will display if an answer is correct or incorrect once a student selects their answer. There will also be an explanation displayed when they have made their choice.

Passing Grade Required
If you set a passing grade for your Quiz, by default, the explanation will no longer be displayed once a student selects their answer. The question explanation feature can be reenabled manually if preferred.

You might also be interested in using a Randomized Question Bank in combination with the passing grade feature. This way, even though the correct/incorrect message will display, a question bank will randomize the questions if your student retakes the quiz. The larger your question bank, the less likely your student will see the same question multiple times.
If this doesn't work for you and you have specific testing requirements, we recommend checking out Brillium, which is a third-party exam platform that integrates with Thinkific! You can learn more about that here: Create a Brillium Exam
