Solution
As it stands we do not have an in-built feature that allows you to provide phone support for students. You can, however, check out the Thinkific App Store which offers some great options for providing student support:
Click to call - The Click to Call app allows you to add your phone number on your Thinkific website so students can click on it and call you within one click.
Important Considerations
- This app will not allow course creators to speak with their students from directly within Thinkific. It will provide a phone number to contact.
