No. You will only pay the new price at your next renewal on or after August 13, 2026 - nothing changes before that date.

Existing non-profit customers are exempt from this change. Customers with active discounts on their accounts are also excluded and will remain at their current pricing. If you received a notice email and believe this applies to you, reply to that email or contact support directly.

If you switch from monthly to annual billing before August 13, 2026, your current monthly rate converts to the current annual rate - and the new pricing won't apply until your next renewal in 2027. Annual billing also includes the standard 25% discount (20% for legacy plans). Contact support to make the change.

If you cancel before your next billing date, no further charges apply and you'll retain access through the end of your current period. For annual plans, if you cancel after your renewal date and your jurisdiction requires it, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your current annual term, processed within 15 calendar days.

New pricing is already in effect for your account, but your invoice page will not reflect it until August 13. Refer to this article for your correct upcoming charges.

If your next billing date is before August 13 (for example, July 20):

New pricing does not apply to that bill - you will be charged at your current rate. Your invoice page will continue to show the pre-August 13 pricing through the rest of July and into August, so it won't yet reflect what you'll see for your following billing cycle. This is expected - the invoice page updates automatically on August 13 and will display the correct pricing from that point forward.
