Solution
We currently do not have a way to manually assign a student to an affiliate user or to retroactively add commission. At this time, if you would like to add commission to an affiliate for any orders that should have been associated with them, we recommend manually calculating the amount owed to them and adding that amount to their payout.
To ensure that everything is working correctly with your affiliates, we highly recommend testing your affiliate links yourself as well!
Important Considerations
- Affiliates will only be associated with a new sign up if the very first time they sign up or visited your site in the last 30 days was through the affiliate link. If they have visited the site before using the link, they will not be associated with the affiliate.
