- How can I see individual emails I've sent my students?
- Is there a sent folder for emails sent to students?
Solution
We don't currently have an in-app option to review sent emails or receive replies.
This is true for:
- Mass User Email
- Individual Emails to Students
- Assignment Lesson Replies
- Email Automation emails
- and any Automated Email Notifications
For this reason, we suggest:
- Checking Send this email to me as well for Mass User Email, Individual Emails to Students, and Assignment Lesson Replies
- Adding your email in the When sending this email, also cc field for Course Welcome Emails and Course Completion Emails
Important Considerations
- Using the Send this email to me as well option will send you a copy of the email but other recipients will be BCC'd (you will not be able to see these recipients on your email copy). For this reason, we suggest keeping a record of who you are sending emails to using the Mass User Email, Individual Emails to Students, and Assignment Lesson Replies features.
