- Can I create a second Shopify product listing for the same Thinkific course / a course that has already been listed?
Solution
When you publish a Course in Thinkific, a Product is automatically created in Shopify that is mapped to your Thinkific course. Due to the way Thinkific courses are mapped to Shopify, if you would like a second product in Shopify mapped to the same course, we recommend:
- Duplicating the Course in Thinkific
- Then publish the copy of your course so the copy is added as Product in your Shopify store
Important Considerations
- When you duplicate your course on Thinkific, and publish the copy, students have the option to enroll in either version of the course through Thinkific or by purchasing on Shopify.
- If students purchase your Product from Shopify, they will be enrolled in either the original version of your course or the copy (depending on which they click on), not both.
