Solution
Our Private course feature was designed to completely block the course checkout so that you have full control over enrolling students. This means students must be manually enrolled into the course and are not charged.
We don't currently have a way of accepting payment from students without using a course checkout, so typically we see course creators charge outside of Thinkific if this is required.
Another option is to create a Hidden course with a single lesson that will just be used to allow your students to pay. The Hidden course will not be visible on your site and you can send students a direct link to the checkout. Once they have paid, you can then manually enroll them into your Private course!
