- Do I receive a notification if a sale was made through an affiliate?
- A purchase was made but my affiliate mentioned it came from them, is there a way that I can be notified of this?
Solution
At this time, we do not have a notification that specifies if a sale came through from an affiliate.
When you are notified of a sale, you can check your Affiliates page (under Marketing, Affiliates in the Admin Dashboard) to see the amount owed to your affiliates. You can also filter this page to transaction date to help you find amounts from specific dates.
In addition, you can check your Orders page (under Sales, Orders) and you can see if an order was referred by an affiliate with the Referrer column.
