Solution
At the moment we do not have a public Resources/Video Library feature. Many users create a course that has all of the videos that they would like to show and create this as a free course.
Another alternative is that you can add videos and links to your site pages. A workaround might be to create Custom Pages for the library that you want to build. You can create a Custom Page for every category you would like, where you can add the videos to your Site Builder Sections. Then you can create a single Custom Page that links to these other pages as categories.
