Courses URL
A product URL for courses will depend on which type of course page you are using.
If your course was created while using AI landing pages, then your product URL will be formatted:
mysite.thinkific.com/products/courses/product-name
If your course was created while using classic product pages, then your product URL will be formatted:
mysite.thinkific.com/courses/product-name
If you have a custom domain set up, then your product URL will be formatted:
www.mysite.com/products/courses/product-name OR www.mysite.com/courses/product-name
Communities, memberships, and bundles URL
A product URL for communities, memberships, and bundles will always be formatted as follows:
mysite.thinkific.com/product-type/product-name
If you have a custom domain set up, then your product URL will be formatted:
www.mysite.com/product-type/product-name
Digital Downloads URL
A product URL for digital downloads will be formatted as follows:
mysite.thinkific.com/products/digital_downloads/product-name
If you have a custom domain set up, then your product URL will be formatted:
www.mysite.com/products/digital_downloads/product-name
Coaching & Webinars URL
A product URL for coaching & webinars will be formatted as follows:
mysite.thinkific.com/products/live_events/product-name
If you have a custom domain set up, then your product URL will be formatted:
www.mysite.com/products/live_events/product-name
Your product landing page will have a default URL when you first create your product that automatically includes the name of your product. In the above examples, product-name can be customized to your preference.
Note that you cannot customize the full URL structure (e.g. you cannot remove /courses/).
Find Your Product or Landing Page URL
Find Your Course Product Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your course product page URL.
To access your current course product page URL:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Hover over the course you would like to share and select the Share icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the course card
- Select Copy Link to copy the URL
If you intend to share the URL on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter, you can select one of those options to share directly: How to Share Your Product on Social Media.
If you are using AI landing pages, you can access the URL within the Landing Page tab:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Copy the course landing page URL by clicking on the icon next to the URL
If you are using classic product pages, you can access the URL within the Course Settings tab:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course
- Select the Settings tab
- Under Course URL, you will see your current URL
To access your current course product page URL from Site Pages:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Channels
- Select Website
- Find a specific Course page
- Click on the Copy Page Link icon to copy the link to your clipboard

Find Your Community Product Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your community product page URL.
To access your community product page URL from the community settings:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Communities
- Locate the community you want to edit, click the ellipses (3 dot icon) and select Edit
- Under URL (Community product page), you will see your current URL
To access your current community product page URL from Site Pages:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Channels
- Select Website
- Find a specific Community page
- Click on the Copy Page Link icon to copy the link to your clipboard
Find Your Digital Download Landing Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your digital download landing page URL.
To access your digital download landing page URL from the digital download settings:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Digital Downloads
- Click on a specific digital download
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Copy the digital download landing page URL by clicking on the icon next to the URL
To access your digital download landing page URL from the Landing Page menu:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Channels
- Select Landing Pages
- Find a specific digital download page
- Click on three ellipses (three dots)
- Select the Copy Page Link icon to copy the link to your clipboard
Find Your Coaching & Webinars Landing Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your Coaching & Webinars landing page URL.
To access your event landing page URL from the events settings:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Coaching & Webinars
- Click on a specific event
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Copy the event landing page URL by clicking on the icon next to the URL
To access your event landing page URL from the Landing Page menu:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Channels
- Select Landing Pages
- Find a specific event page
- Click on three ellipses (three dots)
- Select the Copy Page Link icon to copy the link to your clipboard
Find Your Membership Product Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your Membership product page URL.
To access your current Membership product page URL:
- Go to Manage Learning Products
- Select Memberships
- Hover over the Membership you would like to share and select the Share icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the Membership card
- Select Copy Link to copy the URL
If you intend to share the URL on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter, you can select one of those options to share directly: How to Share Your Product on Social Media.
You can also access the URL within the Membership Settings tab:

- Find a specific Membership page

Find Your Bundle Product Page URL
There are a couple of ways you will be able to find your bundle product page URL.
To access your current bundle product page URL:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Sales
- Select Bundles
- Hover over the bundle you would like to share and select the Share icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the bundle card
- Select Copy Link to copy the URL

You can also access the URL within the Bundle Settings tab:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Sales
- Select Bundles
- Click on a specific bundle
- Select the Settings tab
- Under Bundle URL, you will see your current URL
To access your current bundle product page URL from Site Pages:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Channels
- Select Website
- Find a specific Bundle page
- Click on the Copy Page Link icon to copy the link to your clipboard

Before sharing your URL, we recommend testing it in a private window in your browser of choice (ex. Chrome's Incognito mode) to ensure everything is working as expected. Happy sharing!
Edit and Customize Your Product or Landing Page URL
Make sure that your URL does not include any special characters ( _ : . + & ). The only character supported in URLs is dash -
Customize Your Course Product Page URL
If you are using AI landing pages:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Click on the pencil icon next to the landing page URL
- Edit the course landing page URL
- Click Save
If you are using classic product pages:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course
- Select the Settings tab
- Under Course URL, input your desired URL
- Select Save
Customize Your Community Product Page URL
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Communities
- Locate the community you want to edit, click the ellipses (3 dot icon) and select Edit
- Under URL (Site landing page), input your desired URL
- Select Save
Customize Your Digital Download Landing Page URL
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Digital Downloads
- Click on a specific digital download
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Click on the pencil icon next to the landing page URL
- Edit the digital download landing page URL
- Click Save
Customize Your Coaching & Webinars Landing Page URL
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Coaching & Webinars
- Click on a specific event
- Go to the Landing Page tab
- Click on the pencil icon next to the landing page URL
- Edit the digital download landing page URL
- Click Save
Customize Your Membership Product Page URL
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Memberships
- Click on a specific Membership
- Select the Settings tab
- Under Membership URL, input your desired URL
- Select Save
Customize Your Bundle Product Page URL
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Sales
- Select Bundles
- Click on a specific bundle
- Select the Settings tab
- Under Bundle URL, input your desired URL
- Select Save
