Solution
While you can set up a custom domain for your Thinkific site, Thinkific is not a domain host, and we do not handle transferring domains. This would be done within your domain host, and many hosts provide this service.
Once the domain transfer is completed, you should be able to set up a CNAME record with your new domain host/registrar as per our support article: Custom Domains
