Can I add a YouTube video to my Weekly Reminder Email?

You can definitely add a YouTube video to your Weekly Reminder Emails, however the video will need to be linked in the email, not embedded. Here are some instructions for how to do that:

1. Go to Users
2. Select Notification Emails
3. Make sure you are on the Student notifications tab
4. Select Edit beside Weekly reminder email
5. Copy the URL link for the YouTube video you would like to include
6. Return to Thinkific
7. Place your cursor in the area of your weekly reminder email that you would like to add the video
8. Copy the link into the weekly reminder email
9. Check that your changes were applied and click Save
