Solution
If you would like students to be able to download your Video Lessons - to watch outside of The Thinkific Course Player or offline - you can do so from the lesson settings when creating your video lesson:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course
- On the left-hand side, click + Add lesson
- Select Video
- Name the Lesson Title as desired
- Under Upload a video file, select a video from your Video Library, drag & drop a video file or select Browse files to choose a file on your computer
- Scroll down to Lesson settings
- Check Make this video downloadable
- Click Save lesson
When enabled, students will then see the option to download the video in the top right-hand corner of the Course Player.
