Solution
Use the steps below to sign in to your Admin Dashboard:
- Open up your Thinkific site by typing the address in your browser
- From the top right-hand corner, select Sign In
- You will now be redirected to your Admin Dashboard
Important Considerations
- If the email you are using to sign in is not an Admin of that site you will not be able to see the Admin navigation.
- Admin Dashboards are specific to their website; you cannot open the Admin Dashboard for another site that you are not currently signed into, even if it is associated with the same email.
