How Thinker Credits Work
Thinker credits reflect real learner engagement. Each time Thinker answers a learner’s question, one credit is used. Every Thinkific Plus plan includes a monthly allotment of Thinker credits that resets at the start of each billing cycle.
As learners ask more questions and rely on Thinker more often, credit usage increases. This is a strong signal that learners are actively engaging with your content and finding value in the learning experience.
How Thinker Credits Are Tracked

You’ll have clear visibility into usage as it approaches key thresholds so you can plan ahead with confidence. If usage goes beyond the credits included in your plan, additional credits are applied automatically to ensure uninterrupted access.
What Happens As Usage Increases
As learners adopt Thinker as part of their learning experience, usage naturally increases. This reflects growing engagement and reliance on Thinker for support and guidance.
If your Thinker usage goes beyond your monthly allocation, you have the following options:
- You can continue using Thinker uninterrupted by paying for additional usage as needed
- You can increase the monthly allotment of credits on your existing plan
- You can upgrade to a plan with more credits included
