- Why is my course not showing up as a product in Stripe?
Solution
Courses can be found as products in Stripe on the left-hand navigation bar under "products":
Please note that only subscriptions/payment plan-based courses will display as products in Stripe via Stripe's integration with Thinkific. If the course is priced as a one-time payment, no product will be created in Stripe.
Information on one-time payments can be found as standalone invoices in Stripe. If you need to refund a student for a one-time payment, you can do so by accessing the individual invoice on a student's Stripe customer profile. More information here: How to Process a Refund in Stripe
