Solution

If you update the percentage or dollar amount an Affiliate makes from the commission on sales on your site, this will affect all future orders linked to your affiliate.

This includes ongoing subscription payments (renewals). 

Important Considerations

• Changes to Affiliates' commissions will take effect after you update and save them on your Affiliates page.
• Updates to commission changes will not affect any orders (including subscription renewals) that took place before these changes are saved.
