- Why are certificates missing in my student's account?

Solution
Students can access certificates directly from within the course they have completed or from their My Account page.
If students can see the certificate in the course, but not within the My Account page, you may be using a legacy theme. Certificates will only be visible on this page if you are using a Site Builder theme.

If you have a Site Builder theme, students can access their certificate from their account.
- Login to Thinkific site
- Click the account menu on the top right
- Select My Account
- Select Certificates on the left menu
- Click View on desired certificate
