- Why is my Articulate Rise 360 link not working within my Multimedia Lesson?
- How can I add my Rise 360 content into a Multimedia Lesson?
If you are using Articulate Rise 360, they will no longer support iframing as of April 6, 2020. Rise share links will still be available, however, they cannot be displayed directly within a Thinkific Multimedia Lesson using a URL.
If you have any existing Rise content that uses the URL option in our Multimedia lesson, these lessons will need to be updated to ensure your students still have access to your content.
Your Rise content will need to be hosted on our servers in order for it to be displayed in Thinkific. Within our Pro plan and higher, it is possible to upload your Rise 360 content instead.
Essentially you will need to export your Rise content for web and then upload it into a Multimedia Lesson. Make sure to Preview your Course as a Student after uploaded to ensure your lesson is working as expected!
