Too Many Redirects Error Messages
Sometimes when you are setting up your site, you will see a redirect error message that looks something like this:
Depending on the browser you are using, the message might appear in a few different ways:
- yoursite.com redirected you too many times
- ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
- Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred
- The page isn't redirecting properly
How to Fix Too Many Redirects
This error often occurs if you have a home page redirect set up on your Thinkific site and luckily this is a quick fix!
To log into your site, you'll need to go directly to your sign-in page, which will be formatted as follows:
https://yoursite.thinkific.com/users/sign_in
You can replace yoursite in the above URL with your Thinkific subdomain to access your sign-in page. Once you have logged in, see how to remove your redirect here: How to Delete Your Home Page Redirect
