Your subdomain is what appears before .thinkific.com in your site URL. For example, if my URL was mysite.thinkific.com, the subdomain would be mysite. If you are not sure what your subdomain is or have a custom domain set up, you can find your Thinkific subdomain as follows:
- Go to Settings
- Select the Code & Analytics tab
- Select API on the left
- See Subdomain
