About This Feature

You will need to have TCommerce, Stripe, or PayPal connected to your Thinkific site to set up a one-time payment price.

The one-time payment option allows you to charge a one-time fee for access to your product via Thinkific Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

You also have the option to limit the number of days your users have access to the product after they have signed up by setting the enrollment duration. See more: How to Set an Enrollment Duration.

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Course

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
  2. Select Courses
  3. Click on the image of the course you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. (Optional) Under Enrollment Duration, input the number of days a user should have access to the course. If this is left blank, users will have unlimited/forever access.
  8. Click Save

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Community

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
  2. Select Communities
  3. Click on the three dots in the corner of the card of the community you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. (Optional) Under Enrollment Duration, input the number of days a user should have access to the community. If this is left blank, users will have unlimited/forever access.
  8. Click Save
     

Price can only be set for communities with an access settings set to Students that purchase this community. Learn more: Converting and Selling Your Existing Thinkific Communities

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Digital Download

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
  2. Select Digital Downloads
  3. Click on the image of the digital download you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. (Optional) Under Enrollment Duration, input the number of days a user should have access to the digital download link. If this is left blank, users will have unlimited/forever access.
  8. Click Save

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Coaching & Webinars Product

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
  2. Select Coaching & Webinars
  3. Click on the image of the event you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. Click Save

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Membership

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Products
  2. Select Memberships
  3. Click on the image of the membership you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. (Optional) Under Enrollment Duration, input the number of days a user should have access to the membership. If this is left blank, users will have unlimited/forever access.
  8. Click Save

How to Create a One-Time Payment for Your Bundle

  1. Go to Manage Learning Products
  2. SelectBundles
  3. Click on the image of the bundle you want to edit
  4. Select the Pricing tab
  5. Select One-time payment
  6. Under Price, input your desired price
  7. (Optional) Under Enrollment Duration, input the number of days a user should have access to the bundle. If this is left blank, users will have unlimited/forever access.
  8. Click Save
