About Your Product Cards
When you first create your product, you will have the option to customize the image and description that will appear on the course, bundle, membership, or community card in various sections and pages of your site.

Edit Your Product Image
Click the dropdowns below to learn more about how to edit the product image for each product type.

How to Edit Your Course Card Image
- Go to Products
- Select Courses
- Click on the course you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Select Image & description
- In the photo box beside Course image, click Upload

Drag and drop an image file, or click to Select
- Recommended file types: JPG, PNG and GIF
- Recommended dimensions: 760 x 420px
- The maximum image size is 4MB
- Click Upload
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Bundle Card Image
- Go to Sales
- Select Bundles
- Click on the bundle you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Select Bundle image & description
- In the photo box beside Bundle image, click Upload

Drag and drop an image file, or click to Select
- Recommended file types: JPG, PNG and GIF
- Recommended dimensions: 760 x 420px
- The maximum image size is 4MB.
- Click Upload
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Community Card Image
- Go to Products
- Select Communities
- Locate the community you want to edit, click the ellipses (3 dot icon) and select Edit
- Select Settings
- Select Basic settings
- In the photo box beside Community image, click Upload

- Recommended file types: JPG, PNG and GIF
- Recommended dimensions: 760 x 420px
- The maximum image size is 4MB
- Click Upload
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Membership Card Image
- Go to Products
- Select Memberships
- Click on the Membership you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Select Membership image & description
- In the photo box beside Membership image, click Upload

- Recommended dimensions: 760 x 420px
- The maximum image size is 4MB
- Click Upload

How to Edit Your Digital Download Card Image
- Go to Products
- Select Digital Downloads
- Click on the Digital Download you want to edit
- Select Digital Download
- Scroll down to Image and description
- In the photo box beside Digital download image, click Upload

- Recommended file types: JPG, PNG and GIF
- Recommended dimensions: 1520 x 840px
- The maximum image size is 4MB
- Click Upload
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Coaching & Webinars Card Image
- Go to Products
- Select Coaching & Webinars
- Click on the event you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Scroll down to Image and description
- In the photo box beside Event image, click Upload

- Recommended file types: JPG, PNG and GIF
- Recommended dimensions: 1520 x 840px
- The maximum image size is 4MB
- Click Upload
- Click Save settings

How to Edit Your Course Description
- Go to Products
- Select Courses
- Click on the course you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Select Image & description
- In the Course description field, input your desired text (Max 250 characters*)
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Bundle Description
- Go to Sales
- Select the Bundles tab
- Click on the bundle you want to edit
- Select Settings
- Select Bundle image & description
- In the Bundle description field, input your desired text (Max 250 characters*)
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Community Description
- Go to Products
- Select Communities
- Locate the community you want to edit, click the ellipses (3 dot icon) and select Edit
- Select Settings
- Select Basic settings
- In the Community product description field, input your desired text (Max 250 characters*)
- Click Save settings

- Go to Products
- Select the Memberships
- Click on the Membership you want to edit

- Go to Products
- Select the Digital Downloads
- Click on the Digital Download you want to edit
- Select Digital Download
- Scroll down to Image and description
- In the Digital download product description field, input your desired text (Max 250 characters*)
- Click Save settings
How to Edit Your Coaching & Webinars Description
- Go to Products
- Select Coaching & Webinars
- Click on the event you want to edit
- Select Event
- Scroll down to Image and description
- In the Event product description field, input your desired text (Max 250 characters*)
- Click Save settings
Important Considerations
- Your product cards, course, community, membership, bundle images, and product descriptions will appear in different areas depending on your Site Theme.
- Product cards will also vary in appearance based on the your Site Theme.
- Please note that although the description field has a maximum of 250 characters, the maximum number of characters shown on your product cards will vary depending on your current Site Theme and body font size, which can be adjusted in your Theme settings. Make sure to review Pages and Sections Product Cards are Displayed to confirm you are happy with how your descriptions appear on your site.
