When adding your custom domain in Thinkific, you might see an error message. This article will cover common errors and how to troubleshoot!
Requirements When Adding Your Custom Domain
When adding your custom domain in Thinkific, please make sure of the following:
- Make sure you have already created a CNAME record in your domain host
- Your domain should be formatted subdomain.domain.com (ex. www.yoursite.com)
- Do not include http:// or https:// in the custom domain field
