Get Support Through Champ — Your 24/7 Help Assistant

Whether you’re looking for quick answers and guidance or need to speak with a human support agent, Champ—our AI-powered chatbot—is your starting point for all support. Accessible 24/7 once you're logged in to your Thinkific site.

Here's how to start a chat with Champ:

  1. Log in to your Thinkific site

  2. Click the chat icon at the bottom-right corner

  3. Ask your question or describe the issue

  4. If you need more help, simply ask for your preferred contact method, like “live chat” or “submit email” to connect with our support agents

Support availability:

  • Monday to Friday, 3 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT

  • Support channels: live chat, email, and phone (depending on your plan)

Check the Resource Center and Help Center

You can find help directly from your Thinkific Admin Dashboard. Just click the Resource Center option in the navigation menu.

The Help Center includes FAQs, troubleshooting, and step-by-step guides. Use the search bar to find answers fast — or simply ask Champ, our chatbot, to search the Help Center for you.

Helping Your Students

As the Site Owner, you are responsible as the first point of contact for your students. Here's how support works for them:

  • Students can access your support email via the Support link in their account menu

  • Share our Troubleshooting Tips with your students to help resolve common issues

  • If the problem persists, gather as much info from the student as possible and contact support via Champ

You’re the subject matter expert — we're here to back you up if deeper technical help is needed.
