Chat with Champ–our Chatbot
Our chatbot Champ is designed to be your first point of contact when you need quick answers or guidance. Accessible as soon as you login to your Thinkific site, Champ offers immediate assistance, 24/7.
Here's how to start a chat with Champ:
- Login to your Thinkific site
- Click the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen
- Ask your questions: Simply type your query or describe the issue you're facing. Champ is trained to understand and respond to a wide range of topics.
- Get instant answers: Champ will provide you with relevant responses based on its extensive knowledge base. It can assist with common troubleshooting, provide links to resources, or guide you to the appropriate support channels.
- Escalate when necessary: If Champ isn't able to resolve your issue, it will offer options for further assistance, such as transferring you to a human support agent or collecting specific details about your account for our support team to look into.

To contact our support team, first you’ll need to start a chat with Champ (see instructions above). Once you have started a chat, simply type “contact human support” in the chat box and you’ll see available support options depending on your plan.
Search our Help Center
Our Help Center serves as a comprehensive self-service resource, offering a wealth of information, tutorials, and guides. It covers frequently asked questions, troubleshooting tips, and step-by-step guides. Use the search function to quickly find relevant articles related to your query.
Note that our chatbot Champ also uses our Help Center resources, so you can also search the Help Center directly in our chatbot by simply asking a question or selecting “Search the Help Center” when you first open the chatbot.
Helping Your Students
As the Site Owner, you are responsible as the first point of contact for your students. You are the best person to answer your student's questions as the subject matter expert!
If one of your students has a question they can't find the answer to, they will see a Support contact option in the top right menu when logged into their account. This Support contact links to the email address you have set up under your Site Settings.
If your students ever need technical help, make sure to send them these Troubleshooting tips!
If their issue is not resolved with our basic troubleshooting steps, we'll need your help to gather as much info as possible from your student. Once you've spoken to your student and gathered some background information about their issue, you can contact support using Champ, so we can take a look into it!
