Solution
While we do have the option for Video Lesson Autoplay, you cannot currently select the point in time at which the video starts. One workaround would be to edit and cut the video before uploading it to your video library.
You could also use a Multimedia Lesson and externally host videos from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo. For these platforms, you can select the video's starting point by editing the embed code.
