I tried to edit the landing page and the message “no product selected” is displaying
This is a known issue that our team working on. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to Account your Thinkific Admin Dashboard
- Click Log-out
- Log back in and try again
Can I remove a step or change the order of events in my funnel?
As this is an early-stage product, we do not offer this level of customization. Stay tuned throughout the program for product updates and additional functionality!
Can I customize the web pages that my audience will visit as part of the funnel?
You can currently customize several aspects of your web pages including copy, colors, images, and section layouts. We understand customization needs vary and will continue adding customization options based on feedback we receive during this early-access program.
Do I need to utilize AI to build my funnel?
The choice is yours! While we recommend leveraging AI to create marketing copy for your funnel faster, you also have the option to build out the content yourself.
What’s the difference between the webpage pages in this funnel, versus the existing site pages already set up as part of my Thinkific account?
The webpages available as part of the Funnels product are new and based on a new technology that will allow us to offer you more customizations and less effort. This means you don’t need a Theme update to start using a funnel.
Can I manually upload an asset to the page builder in funnels?
Currently, the page builder for funnels only supports URLs. If you’d like to include a new asset, you’ll need to create a URL for it. You can complete the following steps to set one up:
- Go to Channels, then Websites in the Thinkific Navigation
- Open a course page or custom page
- Add a Media and Image section and upload your asset
- Once your asset has been uploaded, copy the URL link
- Paste the URL into the page builder in the funnel
Reminder: Make sure to delete the section on your course page or custom page if it’s no longer needed!

Where can I find leads generated by my Free Lesson Funnel?
Leads generated using the Free Lesson Funnel are created as student users and can be found on your User Report. Learn more about How to Find Your Leads that are created from a Free Lesson Funnel.
Can I delete a funnel?
Yes, you can delete your funnel if you no longer need it. Before you delete your funnel, make sure to remove any URLs from your marketing activities that would direct traffic toward the funnel as it will no longer be accessible. Once you delete a funnel, it cannot be recovered.
How to Delete a Funnel
- Select Marketing then Funnels from your Thinkific Admin Dashboard
- Click the ellipsis on your chosen funnel
- Click Delete
- Check-off I have removed all top of funnel references to this funnel's URL
- Click Delete Funnel
