Solution
Currently, there is no direct way to transfer active subscriptions from your current platform to Thinkific. Your student's profile and subscription will still be tied to their enrollment on your current platform and will need to be re-linked to Thinkific to ensure their subscription payments renew correctly.
While it can be an inconvenience to ask your current students to sign up again and resubmit their payment details, we do have a feature that will allow you to import students from file. This will assist you by automatically setting up your students' accounts within Thinkific.
You can also send an automated email that includes a checkout link containing a coupon that your students can use to set up their Thinkific account as well as to update their credit card information. This will ensure that all of your existing student subscriptions are correctly set up and linked to their payment method.
