Install and Log In to the Thinkific Mobile App
To install and log in to the Thinkific Mobile App, your students need to follow these steps:
- Ensure that the mobile device meets the operating system requirements.
- Visit an app store using one of the following links:
- Download the mobile app
- Search for the school, using the school or organization name

In the list of results, find the school you want to log in
Make sure to confirm that the URL of the school you are logging in matches the URL of your school.
- Select the school

Your site's login screen will open in a browser, log in using your credentials or use a Social Media login option you used to create your account (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Apple)
If your students use a sign-in method different from the one they used when creating an account, they might not see their products or communities. For example, if they created their account using an email, but are signing in using Apple SSO with the option to hide email enabled, they will create a new account instead of accessing your original one.
- You will be automatically redirected to the app if login is successful
The Thinkific Mobile App is supported on the following operating systems and their versions:
- Android: the last 4 most recent versions
- Apple iOS: the last 2 most recent versions
Navigate the Thinkific Mobile App or Branded Mobile App
When logged in, your students will see the following navigation options.
Home Tab in the Mobile App
The Home tab is the first thing learners see when they open your app. It acts as a personalized dashboard that surfaces the most relevant content for each learner, helping them pick up right where they left off or discover what to engage with next.
The Home tab reflects the Learner Hub experience. Depending on your site and what products are accessible to your students, they will might see the following:
- A video greeting (if added)
- Recent activity: Courses
- Recent activity: Community
- Upcoming events
- Products available for purchase (Branded mobile only)
- Latest digital downloads
- Get help tile
- Thinker (if enabled)
Library Tab in the Mobile App
The Library tab is the student's personal collection of everything they have enrolled in or purchased. It gives them a central place to find and continue their courses and access their digital downloads. Learn more here: Share Learning Content on the Mobile App.
Communities Tab in the Mobile App
The Communities tab brings your Thinkific Communities directly into the mobile app. Students can participate in discussions, post updates, reply to threads, and stay connected with peers and instructors across all of their communities and spaces. Learn more here: Engage Students in the Mobile App.
DMs Tab in the Mobile App
The DMs (direct messages) tab enables one-on-one private messaging between students, instructors, and admins. The tab only appears if direct messaging is enabled on your site. Events Tab in the Mobile App
The Events tab is a dedicated space for live experiences that your students can easily join on the go. Here, they will see Coaching & Webinar products and Community events that they have purchased or have access to. Learn more here: Engage Students in the Mobile App.
Catalog Tab in the Branded Mobile App
