This article explains how your students can view and manage their profile in the Thinkific Mobile App or your Branded Mobile app, including how to access account information and find app settings such as the app version.
Accessing Student Profile on the Mobile App
A student's profile is accessible from any tab in the app. To open it, your student can tap the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
What Can Students Do From Their Profile in the Mobile App
The profile screen provides a summary of their account and allows them to access key settings. From here, they can:
- View your basic account information, including their profile picture, first and last name, and the email address they use to log in.

- Access your school support information.
- Access billing information (for Branded apps only). Learn more here: Sell Products in the Mobile App.
- Sign out of the app.
- Delete their account.
- View the app version number.
Profile changes cannot be made directly in the app. Your student must use the web version to make changes.
Find the App Version Number
Your students will need to know the version number of the Mobile App you are running, if they are reporting issues that need to be escalated to Thinkific Support. This information can be found by opening their profile on the Mobile App and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
