Question

  • I tried to connect Thinkific with another app via Zapier and get 404 error when I add the API into Zapier
  • Adding API to Zapier is giving a 404 error

Solution

As of January 4, 2023, we have updated our Zapier integration from API Key Authentication to OAuth. This means, that Zapier is now available in our App Store

If you have connected with Zapier and have active zaps prior to this date, you will be able to continue using the legacy version, however if you are making additional connections, you may experience a 404 error. To resolve this issue, you will need to migrate to the latest version of Zapier with OAuth.
