You can customize your Learner Hub to match your brand, control how learners navigate it, and manage what content appears on the home page and custom navigation pages. All customization settings are managed from the Learner Hub in your Admin Dashboard.
You can update the color and logo displayed in your Learner Hub. To do that:

From the Admin Dashboard, go to Learner hub

Select Customize learner hub

Select Styles
-
Upload your logo
Recommended ratio 3:1 (e.g. 600x200)

Select the Primary color
-
Select the Corner radius
-
Click Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated style.
You can also update the font displayed in your Learner Hub. To do that:

From the Admin Dashboard, go to Learner hub

Select Customize learner hub

Select Fonts
-
Select the Heading font
-
Select the Paragraph font

On a Plus plan, upload your custom font
Supported file types are .woff2, .woff, .ttf, and .otf

Click Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated fonts.
Note
The ability to upload custom fonts is available on Plus plans only.
You can also update the Learner Hub style by updating the Course Player color and font.
Note
Note that same primary color and font will update Course Player color and font. Changes will apply to your learner hub, mobile app, and course player.

Clicking on the icons to change them

Typing in names for the navigation items to rename them

You can hide the navigation items in your Learner Hub's side menu. To hide a page or make it visible again in the Learner Hub:

Locate the page you want to hide

Click on the eye icon next to the page that you want to hide

Under Hidden Items, locate the page you want to show again

Note that the default navigation items can be hidden but not completely deleted. The default behaviour for default pages will remain: the menu items will only show if a learner has access to the corresponding product or functionality.

To add a welcome video, click on the Embed video option in the Welcome Video widget. Browse videos on your device or drag and drop a video from your device.

Note that at the moment, it is not possible to embed an existing video from your Video Library.
You can edit what widgets display on the Learner Home page or your custom page and what order they appear in. To do that:

Select the page you want to edit

Select Edit layout

If the page is a custom page, select a single-column or two-column layout

Edit the page by:

Dragging available widgets from the list to the page

Dragging and dropping widgets to reorder them on the page

Click X to remove them from the page

Select Reset to default if you want to reset the page to the default order

You can deliver a distinct, tailored Learner Hub experience to each learner group using Group Experiences on Thinkific Plus. It's made up of two components that work together: a custom catalog (a curated list of products for a group) and a learner hub version (branded logo, colors, and navigation for a group) — without standing up a separate Thinkific site.

To verify what your Learner Hub looks like, we recommend previewing it. You can do so by following these instructions:

At the top, select Preview as a learner

If using group experiences, toggle between different versions to see how each Learner Hub version looks

As an admin, you will see all of the products listed in both the Library tab and the Catalog page, even when previewing. This is the expected behaviour. Your learners will only see products they purchased or have access to, and they will see them on one or the other page. If you want to preview the full experience, create a test learner user.
The Learner Hub offers the flexibility to create an experience that fits your learner journey. If they find the experience overwhelming, you can simplify it by removing navigation items or removing widgets from the Home page. For example, you can remove all navigation pages and leave only the Home page.
You can change what navigation items are available in the Learner Hub by hiding the navigation menu items, reordering the navigation menu items, or adding custom pages.
You can change what page your learners see when they log in. By default, learners land on the Home page.
You can change what widgets appear on the Home page by removing widgets or moving widgets around.
You can add various widgets to the Home page to customize it, such as rich text widgets or custom widgets.
You do not need to make any changes to make the Learner Hub available in a language other than English. When viewing the Learner Hub from the admin view, you will see the Hub in English, consistent with the rest of the admin dashboard. However, your students will see the Learner Hub in your site language or the language of their choice, if they have chosen to override it.

Changes published in any customization area take effect immediately for all learners.

Style changes (primary color and font) will also apply to the Course Player and the Thinkific Mobile App.

Default navigation items (Library, Communities, Events, etc.) can be renamed, reordered, and hidden. Note that they appear dynamically based on each learner's purchases and access, so even when added, they might not be available to learners who do not have access to a corresponding product.
