You can customize your Learner Hub to match your brand, control how learners navigate it, and manage what content appears on the home page and custom navigation pages. All customization settings are managed from the Learner Hub in your Admin Dashboard.

How to Customize the Style of the Learner Hub
You can update the color, font, and logo displayed in your Learner Hub. To do that:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Customize learner hub
- Select Styles
- Upload your logo
Recommended ratio 3:1 (e.g. 600x200) - Select the Primary color
- Select the Font
- Select the Corner radius
- Click Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated style.
You can also update the Learner Hub style by updating the Course Player Color and Font.
Note that same primary color and font will update Course Player color and font. Changes will apply to your learner hub, mobile app, and course player.
How to Customize the Navigation Menu Items in the Learner Hub
You can update the labels and icons of the navigation items in your Learner Hub's side menu. To do that:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Customize learner hub
- Select Navigation
- Edit the navigation menu by:
- Clicking on the icons to change them
- Typing in names for the navigation items to rename them
- Select Reset to default if you want to reset the page to the default order
- Once ready, select Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated side navigation.
How to Re-Order The Navigation Menu Items in the Learner Hub
You can update the order of the navigation items in your Learner Hub's side menu. To do that:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Customize learner hub
- Select Navigation
- Edit the navigation menu order by dragging and dropping navigation items to reorder them
- Select Reset to default if you want to reset the page to the default order
- Once ready, select Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated side navigation.
How to Hide the Navigation Menu Items in the Learner Hub
This feature is only available if you have access to Custom Navigation Pages in the Learner Hub.
You can hide the navigation items in your Learner Hub's side menu. To hide a page or make it visible again in the Learner Hub
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Customize learner hub
- Select Navigation
- Locate the page you want to hide
- Click on the eye icon next to the page that you want to hide
- Click Publish changes
To make a page visible again in the Learner Hub
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Customize learner hub
- Select Navigation
- Under Hidden Items, locate the page you want to show again
- Click on the eye icon next to the page that you want to make visible
- Click Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see the updated side navigation.
Note that the default navigation items can be hidden but not completely deleted. The default behaviour for default pages will remain: the menu items will only show if a learner has access to the corresponding product or functionality.
How to Add More Pages to the Learner Hub

How to Customize a Welcome Video on the Learner Hub Home Page
To add a welcome video, click on the Embed video option in the Welcome Video widget. Browse videos on your device or drag and drop a video from your device.
Note that at the moment, it is not possible to embed an existing video from your Video Library.
How to Edit and Reorder Widgets on the Learner Home Page
You can edit what widgets display on the Learner Home page and what order they appear in. To do that:
- From your Admin Dashboard, select Learner Hub
- Select Edit layout
- Edit the Learner Home page by:
- Dragging available widgets from the list to the page
- Dragging and dropping widgets to reorder them on the page
- Click X to remove them from the page
- Select Reset to default if you want to reset the page to the default order
- Once ready, select Publish changes
When published, changes will take effect right away, and your learners will see an updated layout.

Important Considerations
- Changes published in any customization area take effect immediately for all learners.
- Style changes (primary color and font) will also apply to the Course Player and the Thinkific Mobile App.
- Default navigation items (Library, Communities, Events, etc.) can be renamed and reordered but not removed. They appear dynamically based on each learner's purchases and access.
- Custom code from your site footer is not supported in the Learner Hub. The Learner Hub does not inherit your site's header or footer.

Can I change the order and the layout of the widgets?

Can I edit the Learner Hub code?
No. The Learner Hub is not built on the Site Themes technology and you cannot edit the Learner Hub code. More customization options are coming later in 2026.
Does the Learner Hub use my site's header and footer?
No. The Learner Hub is not built on the Site Themes technology and will not inherit the site footer and header you might have on other pages. More customization options are coming later in 2026.
