Reporting on Student Progress Across All Courses

Student Progress is currently reported at a per course level. If you would like to create a single report that includes student progress for all courses, you can create a Group and run a Group report!

Create a New Group

To get started, you'll need to create a Group that acts as a container for all of your students:

  1. Go to Users
  2. Select Groups
  3. On the top right, select + New Group 
  4. Name your Group. You need to give your group a unique name. 
  5. Click Save

Assign All Students to Your Group

  1. Go to Users
  2. Select All Users
  3. Click the checkbox on the top left to select students
  4. If you have more than 25 students, make sure to click the option in the center to Select all # users
  5. Click Groups
  6. Check off your newly created Group
  7. Changes will apply automatically once you have selected your Group

Run Your Progress Report

You can now view and export the progress of all of your students across all of your courses!

  1. Go to Users
  2. Select Student Progress
  3. Select the Groups tab
  4. Click on Progress Reports to the right of your new Group!
