Zapier: Create Group Specific Actions

If you are using our Thinkific Groups feature, it is possible to create workflows for specific cohorts in your Zaps.

This article provides an example of the type of workflow you can create. In this example, students associated with a particular group would be enrolled in another course.

Enroll Student in a Group into a Course

1. Under Trigger, select Course Completion, where the user completes Course A:
   
2. Under Action, select Search: Search Thinkific Users - by email or user ID.
   
3. Create another action; Filter: Only continue if user group name contains Group A.
   
4. Create Action: Enroll user in course
   
5. Enter in the other enrollment information as necessary. 
6. Then test and turn on your Zap!
