If you are using our Free Preview feature for one of your courses, you can follow the steps below to create a free preview link to share with your audience or include on your site landing pages.
How to Build Your Free Preview Link
Free Preview links will follow this format:
[your-thinkific-site.com]/enroll/[product ID]?et=free_trial
[your-thinkific-site.com] and [product ID] will be unique based on your Thinkific site and course. It will be formatted very similarly to your Checkout URL and can be built as follows:
- Go to Products
- Select Courses
- Click on a specific course you would like to create a link for
- Select the Pricing tab
- Select Copy Link on any of your pricing options
- Paste this link into a text editor
- Replace price_id=##### with et=free_trial
- The edited URL link will be your Free Preview link
Make sure to test the URL in a private/incognito window, or in a browser where you are not logged in, to ensure that it navigates to the correct course checkout.
