You can update your credit card on file and account details directly from your Admin Dashboard. To update your billing email address, please reach out to our Support team.

If you need to change the credit card used to pay for your Thinkific plan, you can do it directly from your Admin Dashboard.

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Account
  2. Select Account Management
  3. Click on Update Credit Card
  4. In a popup, enter your new credit card details
  5. Click the Update and Save button

You have now updated your credit card and it will take effect on the next billing cycle.

If you are not seeing a popup with the option to enter your new credit card detials, please make sure that your browser allows popups. We recommend using Google Chrome browser and completing the browser troubleshooting steps.

Update Your Account Details and Tax Information

If you're on a Free or Plus plan, please contact billing@thinkific.com to have your information updated.

If you need to change the account details and tax information displayed on your Thinkific invoices, you can do it directly from your Admin Dashboard.

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select Account
  2. Select Account Management
  3. Click on Manage Subscription
  4. Select Manage Tax Info from the dropdown menu
  5. Input or update billing information and tax details:
    Organization name
    Country or Region
    Address
    City
    Province/State
    Postal/Zip Code
  6. Click Submit to update your information

Please note these additions to your Thinkific invoice will not apply to or be visible on student invoices. If you need to display your company information for tax reasons, check out TCommerce: Sales Tax and VAT Solution.

Update Your Billing Email Address

By default, your invoices will automatically be sent to the email address that was listed under the Site Owner at the time you signed up for a paid subscription.

If you change the Site Owner details at any point, you will need to contact us in order to update the billing contact details.

Please send an email to billing@thinkific.com from your current Site Owner email address to have this updated!
