Users Table (Users Report)

The Users Table (also referred to as Users Report)is a great way to manage a large user base. You can easily view your students and filter to select which information you'd like to see when you visit this dashboard (such as the Number of Enrollments or Date Created).

To access the Users Table:

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, select Users
  2. Select All Users

Any dates on the Users Table, such as Date Created, are displayed in UTC. Due to this, you might see a user created as the day before if they were created in a time zone that is ahead of UTC.

User Table Options

Once you open the User Table, you will see the following options:

  1. Manually create a user
  2. Import users from file
  3. Search bar: search your users by email or name
  4. User Filters
  5. Bookmarked Filters
  6. Select all students
  7. Mass User Email
  8. Add or remove selected users from a group in bulk
  9. Bulk enroll or unenroll selected users from a product
  10. Add or remove visible columns
  11. Export user report as a CSV file
  12. Select an individual user
  13. Individual user actions

Export User Table Information

This feature is available on our Basic plan and above.

To export the information from the User Table:

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, select Users
  2. Select All Users
  3. Select the Export option (#11 above)

When exporting a user report as a CSV file, you will receive an email with a link to complete your download. Your CSV will include all of the displayed fields. If you have added Custom Fields to your sign-up page, student responses to these fields will also be included in your exported report.

Not seeing all fields in your export? Make sure that you set the required columns as visible (option #10 above). Only visible columns will be included in the CSV export.

User Filters

This feature is available on our Basic plan and above.

You can segment and export lists of user types through the Filters option in the user's report (#4 above)!

User Reporting can help you divide your user base into groups of individuals that fit into specific categories. This kind of segmentation is simple and powerful: use filters with the Mass User Email and Export to CSV features to target specific users, based on selected filters.

  • Distribute coupons for your course to a specific audience, and then segment your new students to see who signed up using that coupon code and contact them with a targeted message.
  • Segment users who signed up for a free preview, but didn't purchase the full course following their preview.
  • Contact students who didn't complete a course, and haven't logged in since a certain date.
  • When you update a course with new content, let students who purchased a course before know that their course has been updated.
  • Contact all users who signed up from the same company email domain
  • View all students who have made purchases - This group is the most likely to buy again in the future!
  • Notify affiliates of changes to your program that will help them promote your courses.
